plenty protein from the almonds, cannellini beans, and yogurt
improve metabolism and suppress appetite with the zinc in the yogurt
feel full longer thanks to the high-fiber, vitamin C-packed strawberries
boost your metabolism naturally – pour in some green tea for caffeine and top it off with cinnamon

Ingredients (Serves 1; 345 calories)

6 oz vanilla nonfat Greek Yogurt
8 Almonds
1/4 cup Broccoli florets, stems cut off
1 cup frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup Cannellini or garbanzo beans
3/4 cup iced Green Tea
1 teaspoon Flaxmeal
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Optional: Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Enjoy immediately
