The Weight Loss Program (WLP) of healthy smoothies continues with this skinny pina colada, made lighter with coconut water instead of coconut milk – although you can use that if it will fit into your personal plan.
The recipe comes from Sally at SallysBakingAddiction and the recipe is at the end of the post as usual. Check it out … I’m back now after drooling over some of Sally’s super recipes. i’ve bookmarked a few as I’ll have to lose the few pounds before trying any of them * sigh*
Anyway, back to Sally’s smoothie recipe. Sally wanted to escape the local dreary weather and remembering a Hawaii trip she tried a new recipe …
Into the blender went pineapple, banana, a little taste of coconut – I didn’t have high hopes for it because hello it’s a mocktail, but I was instantly proven wrong. Love at first sip. Out of the blender came the creamiest, most tasty banana and vanilla infused pineapple concoction on the planet. Hawaii in a glass.
