Recipe: Weight Loss Program: Blueberry Protein Smoothie for 200 Calories
Serves 2; approx 200 cals each
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Blueberries
- Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
- nonfat Greek Yogurt, 2/3 cup / 150 g
- 1 tbs Hemp Hearts
- Banana, 1 small, ripe
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice (ok, if not fresh)
- Water to blend
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
