Recipe: Weight Loss Program: Banana Oat n Probiotics Meal Replacement Smoothie
Serves 2; 330 cals per serving
Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas (210 cals)
- 1/2 cup RAW rolled Oats (188 cals)
- 1 cup plain Kefir, or Yogurt (104 cals)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds (53 cals)
- Pinch Salt
- Splash Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp + 6 cals)
- Sprinkle Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter (98 cals)
Topping to Serve: Granola
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
