Starting a weight loss program can be daunting. All sorts of things run through my mind at the outset: will I feel hungry all the time? will I be able to resist temptation? will I be able to keep going? will I win this time?

One trick I’ve found that helps me is to have snacks planned so that when I do feel weak there is something I can grab that will not totally undo my healthy eating plan.
