Recipe: Weight Loss Boosting Pineapple Green Tea Smoothie

Serves 1; approx 160 cals

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Green Tea, cooled
  • 1 large slice (about 166 g) of natural Pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon whole Oats
  • 1 tablespoon of Flax seeds, ground
  • Optional: piece Ginger, grated

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
