I just came across this short (36 secs) smoothie recipe video (from Robyn Openshaw at GreenSmoothieGirl.com) which shows just how easy & quick it is to make a healthy & tasty breakfast smoothie. No nutrition info with this one, but the “fast & easy” message is clear as a bell!
Robyn makes a good point…
If you’re going to spend 30-60 seconds watching a food video, it might as well be one that you know is healthy! And this one won’t take you long to actually whip up in the kitchen.

Recipe: Morning Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flax seed**
- ½ banana
- handful spinach
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Preparation:
Put everything in a blender & blend until smooth.
