Recipe: Vibrant Pink Vitamin-C-Rich Green Smoothie

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 2 heaped cups / 180 g Red Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup / 165 g Mango, frozen, diced
  • 1 Orange, zest & segments
  • 2 cups Strawberries, approx 300 grams
  • 1/2 Avocado, approx 100g, diced
  • 2 tbs Hemp Hearts
  • 1 cup Water

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
