- 2 heaped cups / 180 g Red Cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup / 165 g Mango, frozen, diced
- 1 Orange, zest & segments
- 2 cups Strawberries, approx 300 grams
- 1/2 Avocado, approx 100g, diced
- 2 tbs Hemp Hearts
- 1 cup Water
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
