Recipe: Vibrant Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie

Serves 4


  • 1 1/2 cups Milk, your choice
  • 2 cups Blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen Orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Honey, to taste
    OR 2-4 Dates
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Blend until smooth and pour into four glasses. Enjoy.
