It’s not green so stays whatever vibrant color the fruit brings to it. It’s sweet and flavorsome; full of nutrient-rich veggies; and replaces all the macronutrients used up in a busy day. Recipe: Very Berry and Cauliflower Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets, raw, chopped
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Strawberries (fresh)
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp MCT Oil (optional)
- 1 Whole Avocado
- 1 cup Green Tea or Coconut Water
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
