Megan at WithSaltandWit has this lovely smoothie recipe that I’m heading to the kitchen to make. I love coconut milk and this sounds delicious. I’ve put the recipe at the end of the post, so you can skip to the end if you want to try it, too. I really like using dates to sweeten my smoothies – not to mention having a few as a tasty treat – but I usually have to remember to cut them up first as sometimes they like to avoid the blender blades, lol!
Megan enjoys this smoothie at any time of day. Here’s what she says …
While this smoothie is a velvety, addicting and healthy smoothie to start your day, I savor it just as much for a night cap to a chaotic weekend.

- 2 cups Ice
Optional:
- Sweet Leaf Stevia Vanilla Creme, or Truvia, to taste

*Vanilla protein powder would be great to add for a post workout smoothie!
*Add the stevia if the dates or not sweet enough and for more intense vanilla flavor.
