I almost skipped this tummy trimming juicing drink, again from NewsFunStyle.com… but its so refreshing and its speed & simplicity does commend it. So here it is, mostly re-written to moderate the rather wild weight-loss claims.
There’s no nutritional info in the NewsFunStyle article, however as you may well have heard, and a little research** (and personal experience) shows, both ingredients are highly nutritious and will indeed help accelerate shedding body fat.

- 1 lemon
- 3.3 fl.oz (2-3 dl.) water
Here’s what to do…
- Squeeze the parsley and lemon juice into a large glass
- Add cool water
