Recipe: Tummy Health Papaya Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1 x 16 oz (181 cals)
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Papaya, chilled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup Ice
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped
- Juice of half a Lemon, or Lime
- 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
- Leaves from one sprig of Mint
