Recipe: The No-Fresh-Ingredients Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 2 as a meal-replacement smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 10-20 Almonds, soak in hot water while you prepare everything else
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 4 small Dates, or 2 large
  • 1 cup Milk, Kefir or Yogurt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup Mango, frozen
  • 1 cup Spinach, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • pinch Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice

Blend until smooth. Enjoy
