Recipe: The Big Guy Berry Protein Smoothie Sans Banana
Serves 1 large Man! Approx 500-600 calories
or 2 smaller glasses at 250-300 each
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wild Blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
- 2 cups baby Spinach
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1¼ cups Water
- 1-2 tablespoons Almond Butter
- 3 tablespoons hulled Hemp seeds
- 1 inch fresh Ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- ¼ cup rolled Oats
Blend until smooth and give to your big guy – or see if he’ll share it with you, lol! Enjoy.
