Recipe: Tasty Passion Fruit Blueberry Diet Smoothie
Makes 4 x 1-cup servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Yogurt, fat-free
- 1/2 cup Passion Fruit Nectar, or Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted Wheat Germ
- 2 teaspoons Honey, optional – save calories by omitting this
- 1 (12-ounce) bag, about 2 cups Blueberries, frozen
- 1 ripe Banana, cut into 4 pieces
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
