There are four categories of ingredients and you choose one from each list. It’s that simple!
However, for added protein and other nutrients you may want to consider adding a 5th category and including one or two items from that. These include:
1-2 tbs Oats
1-2 tbs Seeds
1-2 tbs Nuts
Not only do these more filling, which means you won’t want to snack between meals, they add more fiber and healthy fats, which when combined with protein, help keep blood sugar levels sound.
