Recipe: Superfood Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large frozen Avocado
- 1 T Coconut Sugar (can substitute sweetener of choice)
- 1 T Coconut Flour (can sub for almond flour but will change taste and consistency)
- 2 T raw Cacao Powder, or to taste
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder of choice (optional)
- 1/2-1 cup unsweetened dairy free Milk (almond works well), or more
- Peppermint extract
- Chocolate Chips (optional)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
