The Bulletproof diet suggests we can ‘lose a pound a day, reclaim energy and focus and upgrade our life’. I don’t know a lot about it (as you can probably tell, lol!), but part of it is to do with increasing your healthy fat intake which improves weight loss. It goes contrary to all we’ve been taught for many years and takes a bit to get your head around it.
