Recipe: Summer-Fresh Triple Berry Immune-Boosting Smoothie

Serves 2-4


  • 1 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Orange juice or Water or half and half
  • Ice cubes

Maple Syrup or Honey

Blend until it reaches your preferred consistency. Enjoy.
