Strawberry smoothies are always popular. Berries are low in calories and full of Vitamin C, fiber and many more good-for-you nutrients. Add to that a good dose of protein and the relatively quick process of smoothie-making and your day is off to a good, not to mention a healthy, start.

I won’t go so far as to say we are a divided nation, however we are divided on the best way to have a smoothie … should I drink it or eat it with a spoon?
