Recipe: Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 16 oz whole Strawberries
- 2 tbs Sugar
Toss together and roast 30 mins at 350 deg. Allow to cool.
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbs Honey, to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ cup Water, Yogurt or Kefir
- ½ large Banana or 1 small banana
- 1 cup Ice
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
