We’re only just into winter and I’m getting hung up already knowing the problems it can bring with it. I’d rather avoid all the winter bugs and flu, etc, if I possible can … if only I could!
Shutting myself away from all human contact might work, but that’s the last thing I want to do. So filling up on healthy greens and winter fruits and veggies might just be the answer I’m looking for. And even if it’s not a cure-all, I should be healthier for doing it and can probably shake off any winter-bug symptoms quickly. It’s certainly better than the alternative.
