I love strawberries with a few grinds of black pepper. So although this smoothie recipe did not have any, I added it. I suppose that means I should add ‘optional’ against it in the ingredients list … but give it a try and tell me what you think.

Recipe: Strawberry Pepper Coconut Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup Coconut Water
- 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
- few grinds of Black Pepper, optional
- 1 tsp. Honey (add more for making sweeter), optional
Blend and enjoy.
