If you’ve read many of our posts you’ll see we are not fans of protein powders and always try to recommend alternatives. One of the things I’ve developed a love for over the last few months is cottage cheese – straight, and as a protein-rich addition to my smoothies. It’s funny how our tastes change for it was one thing I detested as a teenager but forced myself to eat when trying to lose a little weight. (I didn’t actually have to lose weight then, just thought I did, lol!)
