
I’m used to putting cinnamon and ginger in my smoothies, and am aware of the health benefits of doing so. However, I never thought to add cayenne or chili powder. Until recently, that is, and I’m really surprised how good it is. (Start off slowly if you are unsure.)

Recipe: Spicy Cayenne Weight-Loss Green Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 1; 173 cals; 4 g fiber)
1 cup Water
1 cup baby Spinach
1 fresh or frozen medium Banana
1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper and/or Chili Powder
A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional)
