Recipe: Spicy Banana Turmeric Smoothie for Under 300 Calories

Serves 2; 245 cals per serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized Bananas
  • 1½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1½ tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6-8 Ice cubes

Blend until smooth, pour into two glasses and enjoy.
