Recipe: Spicy Banana Turmeric Smoothie for Under 300 Calories
Serves 2; 245 cals per serving
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized Bananas
- 1½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Ginger, minced
- ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1½ tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6-8 Ice cubes
Blend until smooth, pour into two glasses and enjoy.
