Recipe: Spiced Pear Almond n Yogurt Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 – 1 cup Milk, low-fat, according to your preference for thickness
- 2 Pears, cored and chopped
- Half a Banana
- ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
- 4 tbs Oats
- 2 tbs ground Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon, according to taste
- Pinch ground Nutmeg
Blend and adjust liquid for your preferred thickness. Enjoy.
