Recipe: 3 Berry Maximum Weight Loss Smoothie
Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- scant 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
This recipe contains 350 cals and 14 g fiber – Remember to half these values if you share this smoothie!
Benefits: high in antioxidants and a good source of probiotic and anti-inflammatory nutrients ; high in fiber to keep you feeling full.
