I just ran across this cool smoothie recipe where the author – Sally from sallysbakingaddiction.com – says it makes her skin glow…it has dramatically improved her skin tone, she claims. The ingredients make me believe it!

This glowing skin smoothie also boosts energy and tastes delicious. This could well become one of my favorite smoothie recipes very quickly. Check out the recipe below and let me know how you like it…

Here’s Sally’s story…

The goal is to have my skin looking its best on September 20th, so I’ve been doing all sorts of things like drinking my weight in water, getting enough sleep, SPF SPF SPF SPF, more SPF, and exercising regularly.

Oh hey, guess what. I’m already at 88 miles so far this month. (!!!)

I did a lot of research in the beginning of the summer about which foods can help improve my skin tone. There were obvious finds like salmon, broccoli, and almonds. But I also stumbled upon a whole list of foods I already enjoy, but don’t eat on the regular. So I bought a bunch, blended them up, and today’s smoothie was born.
