Recipe: Slimming Citrus Smoothie – A Brilliant Breakfast Blaster
Ingredients (Serves 1)
½ Tall Cup Spinach
¼ Grapefruit
1 Orange
3 Strawberries
1 Handful Raspberries
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds, grind in a coffee mill if you do not like to see the seeds in your drink
Water – To Max Line
