Recipe: Morning Lemon Elixir for Faster Weight-loss Results
There are many approaches to detox, but here is one of the easiest – drinking morning lemon elixir. A drink simple to create with ingredients that are found in most homes.
- One cup of water – should be of room temperature
- One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, preferably from Bragg
- Cut one lemon and get the juice
- One teaspoon of raw honey
- Half an inch of ginger root, should be fresh.
