I just ran across this cool recipe from Shell Harris at (smoothieweb.com) where she shares her recipe for a Mango Smoothie with such wonderful flavor, and easy to make too!

Shell doesn’t go into much detail on how these work in your body, but it’ll really get your taste-buds tingling with the tangy flavor! Some great ideas for your own smoothie recipes…

I love mango, but only in two forms:

  • the fruit itself with nothing else or
  • in a smoothie.

That great tangy and yet sweet flavor is unique in the fruit family and is one reason it is so great as a smoothie ingredient.

There is nothing complicated about this mango smoothie, just a simple mix of OJ, mango and some honey if you like it a bit sweeter.
