Recipe: Shed Tummy Fat Fast
Ingredients: (Serves 1)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
1 Grapefruit
1/2 Pear
1/2 Apple
1/3 cup Pomegranate juice
This recipe is full of sugar, albeit natural sugars. And being blended it will hit the blood stream FAST! So if you are diabetic beware.
Note: Medication Warning: grapefruit can interfere with certain medications so check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking prescription meds. If you cannot take grapefruit, trying substituting oranges.
