Ingredients: (Serves 1; 228 calories)

8 oz light Cranberry Juice
1 Bosc Pear, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 scoop vanilla Whey Protein powder*
½ teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch Allspice
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated Ginger
Ice cubes
* If you don't like protein powders you can substitute 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt. You'll have less calories (70 in full fat) and longer lasting energy.
