Light, refreshing and slightly tangy, this raspberry, coconut and lime smoothie is made with coconut water to keep it light. The tang is from the raspberries and, of course, they can vary quite a bit in their ‘tangy-ness’. So if you need to sweeten it up a little use a natural sweetener, one of the suggestions we have listed.

You’ll lose a bit of the tang if you make it sweeter. You can also adjust the amount of lime juice you use which will help. Try that first.
