Recipe: Recovery Smoothie – Tomato Juice Like You’ve Never Seen Before!

Simply blend together these ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound quartered tomatoes (about 3 medium-sized)
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • 1 chopped medium sized carrot
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Chill and transport in a reusable water bottle. Shake well before using.
