Recipe: Raspberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Serves 2-3

  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • 6 oz low fat Chocolate Greek Yogurt
  • 6 oz natural Greek Yogurt, nonfat, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbs Cocoa powder, skip if you prefer less chocolate flavor
  • 1 cup Ice

To Sweeten, if necessary:
1-3 tsp Honey (add 21 cals/tsp) or Maple Syrup (add 17 cals/tsp)

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Serves 2; approx 160 cals each
