Recipe: Raspberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie

- 2 cups Raspberries
- 6 oz low fat Chocolate Greek Yogurt
- 6 oz natural Greek Yogurt, nonfat, unsweetened
- 1 Tbs Cocoa powder, skip if you prefer less chocolate flavor
- 1 cup Ice
To Sweeten, if necessary:
1-3 tsp Honey (add 21 cals/tsp) or Maple Syrup (add 17 cals/tsp)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
