You just might think you’ve landed in the tropics with this “YELLOW” smoothie. Mangos, oranges, and carrots are rich in Beta Carotene and Vitamin C ( good for the eyes, heart and skin). The turmeric adds some anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and a subtle taste that blends well with with hint of coconut. Refreshing Mango, orange coconut goodness.

Recipe: Mango Coconut Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 Mango, peeled and cut in pieces
- 1/2 Orange, peeled and in segments
- 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1 top Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp shredded Coconut
Blend till smooth and enjoy.
