Oranges + frozen bananas + Greek yogurt = extra creamy “ORANGE” smoothie. A good dose of vitamin C with some ginger and honey added to the mix for additional benefits. This recipe calls for orange juice, if you don’t have any on hand you can just squeeze the juice of one orange instead.

Recipe: Rainbow Orange Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 Orange
- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice, or add another orange
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 inch knob fresh Ginger
Blend and enjoy.
