Recipe: Rachel’s Skin-Healthy Tropical Smoothie

Serves about 6-1/2 cups / 1.5 liters

Ingredients:

  • 1 small / medium Pineapple
  • 1 Mango, ripe
  • 8-9 Lychees
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 3-4 large Ice cubes

To serve: add a squeeze of lime juice
