Recipe: Pomegranate Cranberry Flax Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice*, or the arils from a fresh Pomegranate
  • 1 cup frozen Cranberries
  • 1/3 cup plain Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Organic Agave Nectar
  • Fresh Mint, for garnishing

* Juice will give a more concentrated flavor.

Blend until smooth. Adjusting the thickness and sweetness to taste. Pour into 2 glasses and top with garnish. Enjoy.
