Recipe: Pomegranate Cranberry Flax Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice*, or the arils from a fresh Pomegranate
- 1 cup frozen Cranberries
- 1/3 cup plain Yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Organic Agave Nectar
- Fresh Mint, for garnishing
* Juice will give a more concentrated flavor.
Blend until smooth. Adjusting the thickness and sweetness to taste. Pour into 2 glasses and top with garnish. Enjoy.
