Erin at DelightfulEMade made this pink almond, chia and raspberry smoothie in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. So make it up, sip it up and donate to breast cancer research, if you can, either locally or through one of the national organisations.

I’ve put a few links at the end, or you can search online for the one you’d like to support. Donations are welcome at any time of year, not just in October. So if you don’t get paid until the beginning of November, or you don’t see this post until another time, you can still make a donation then.

Financial help is required nationally and personally. You can choose whether you support research, education, palliative care, or someone who is in the midst of the struggle right now. If you know a family personally, perhaps they need your help. Cancer is no respecter of persons so when it strikes a person is no longer able to work to support their family and has huge medical bills, to boot!
