Anyway, a tropical pineapple and mango smoothie is one of my favorites – beach or no beach. Try this one, close your eyes, and see if it takes you to a warm holiday destination.

Recipe: Pineapple Mango Tropical Smoothie from 145 Calories
Serves 2-4

Ingredients:
- 1 medium / 7inches / 118 g Banana, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup / 180 ml Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 cup / 124 g Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup / 124 g Mango, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup / 4 fl oz / 113 g plain Greek Yogurt, nonfat (or 2% or full fat, your choice)
- 1/2 cup / 113 g 1% Cottage Cheese, or double up the yogurt if you can’t imagine using that
- 1/4 cup / 20 g Oats
- 1 cup Water
- a few Ice cubes, about 1/2-1 cup, to taste
Throw everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
