There is conflicting research and more work needs to be done, but it would appear that bee pollen may help fight allergies. There is certainly evidence that eating locally produced honey can reduce pollen allergies, so it may be worth considering.

Recipe: Peach Coconut Bee Pollen Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe Peach, stone removed
- 1/2 a Banana, peeled
- 120ml Coconut Milk
- 1tbsp Cashew Butter (or almond butter)
- 60ml filtered Water
- 1tsp Chia Seeds
- 1tsp Bee Pollen
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
