Recipe: Peach Cobbler Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 Peach, fresh or frozen
- 2 Graham Crackers
- Ice (plus extra if using fresh peaches)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
