Ok, it’s not really a cheesecake because there is no crumbly crust, but then there’s no sky-high calorie count either … unless, of course, you put toooooo much honey in it, lol!
Many smoothies have yogurt in them. So we’re wondering why not ring the changes and try this smoothie with cottage cheese for the protein instead of yogurt? It comes from Rachel at RachelCooks (the recipe is at the end) and is sweet and mild flavored.

Recipe: Peach Cheesecake Smoothie
Makes 36 ounces
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Banana
- 2 heaping cups frozen Peach slices
- 1 cup low-fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Milk, use your favorite milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey, adjust to taste
Blend until creamy and adjust thickness and sweetness to your own liking. Enjoy.
