99.9% of the time my smoothies are made with almond milk. But I developed this recipe, by chance, when we were out and I used regular milk. We also didn’t have my almond butter on hand so I went for peanut butter. Turns out this smoothie pays homage to a pb & j sandwich and that one individually packaged strawberries and cream oatmeal I ate morning after morning in high school.

Recipe: PB Oats n Berries Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 c Milk (or almond milk)
- 1 TB Chia Seeds
- 1/4 c. old-fashioned Oats
- 1-2 TB natural Peanut Butter (or almond butter)
- 1 TB Honey (or agave or liquid stevia), if necessary
- 5 lg. Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
