Recipe: Orange and Papaya Cold Fighting Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 Oranges, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 cup Papaya, peeled
- 2 cups fresh baby Spinach
- 1 Banana, peeled
- 2 to 4 ounces filtered Water if needed
Blend till smooth and enjoy.
